After decades of research, scientists and child development experts have come to a clear conclusion: Play is the best way for our children to learn.

• Children who are prematurely pushed into regimented academic instruction display less creativity and enthusiasm for learning than their peers.  Children who learn through play also develop social and emotional skills, which are critical for long-term success.  At LTGO, your child will develop a love of learning in a play based environment!

• Experts say a child's connection with nature is essential for their development.   At LTGO, your child will encounter nature daily, in many ways!

• It's been proven that early exposure to visual art, music, and drama promotes activity in the brain.   When children participate in activities in the arts, they are involved in using both non-verbal and verbal forms of communication.  At LTGO, your child will participate in FREE Dance classes and have daily exposure to music, dramatic play and a variety of art mediums!

• Children’s learning will be reduced greatly if they are worried about the mess therefore it really is important to avoid the idea that getting dirty is a bad thing.  Engaging in "Messy Play"can be difficult in the home as many of us do not have a practical space and time for mud, paint, etc.  At LTGO, children can get messy!  We splash in puddles, dig for worms and paint with our feet!

• Studies show that learning another language enhances the academic skills of students by increasing their abilities in reading, writing, and mathematics.  When children are exposed to two languages at an early age, they are more flexible and creative.  At LTGO, FREE Spanish language classes are provided to all our preschool children each week.

LTGO is a non-profit, 501c3 organization dedicated to providing Creative, Quality Early Childhood Care and Education.

Our Christian-based, child-centered programs build on the wonders of childhood. We serve children ages 6 weeks to 5th grade at two convenient locations. We offer full day child care from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, with flexible schedule options.
